Start with the approach to the property
For a property with a long or narrow approach, describe the route rather than supplying the postal address alone. Explain where a vehicle can turn and whether ground conditions change after rain.
Do not assume the nearest space is suitable
Walk the proposed location with user access and servicing in mind. A convenient open patch may still be soft, sloping or difficult for equipment to reach.
