For a gathering behind a home, describe the path from the delivery vehicle to the proposed location. Gate openings, corners, steps and landscaping can matter as much as the open space in the yard.
Keep home life and guest flow separate
Consider where guests queue, how they find the facilities after dark and whether delivery must avoid a shared driveway. Ask about alternatives if the preferred position cannot be served.
